A culturally relevant business and AI program built to help Hispanic entrepreneurs put learning into action.
HC Empowers is a completely free, Spanish-language business and AI training program created through the Hispanic Consortium for U.S.-based Hispanic entrepreneurs.
Over five live days, participants work on real challenges inside their businesses—using practical strategies across AI, messaging, sales, digital presence, finance, business systems, and growth.
It started with 10 Hispanic publishers.
The first HC Empowers cohort brought together 10 Hispanic publishers for practical business education and mentorship. That experience shaped what came next.
Language mattered. Culture mattered. Context mattered.
Delivering the program in Spanish helped participants connect more naturally with the material.
Building the experience with an understanding of Hispanic culture made the examples, conversations, and business challenges more relevant to the entrepreneurs participating.
The first cohort also showed that the lessons could support entrepreneurs well beyond publishing.
AI, messaging, sales, finance, digital presence, systems, and growth are challenges shared by business owners across industries.
In year two, the doors opened wider.
HC Empowers expanded to welcome Hispanic entrepreneurs across industries throughout the United States.
